Protective collar is a flexible element of the complex protection of the water meter and is used in conjunction with the magnetic field indicator to protect the water meter from the influence of a constant magnetic field (neodymium magnets).
The protective cover also blocks access to the calibration seal of the manufacturer, the further dismantling of water meter body and the ability to affect the operation of the counting mechanism.
The protective collar is made of transparent polyethylene, which allows to control the integrity of water meter.
For the installation of protective cover necessary to install it around the meter, fasten by means of sealing wire and fix with plastic indicative seal.
